Abstract: Silica Sol(Si Sols)was graft-modified by using hexamethyldisilazane(HMDS)under acidc condition.The graft product was characterized by TG and FT-IR.The influences of HMDS/Si Sols(mol ratio), reaction temperature and reaction time on the graft ratio of the product were discussed in detail.Results showed that the graft ratio could be reached a maximum when controlling HMDS/Si Sols(mol ratio)of 0.5 in 35℃after 2h in an acidic catalytic condition.
