Abstract: Three 7β-substituted 3’-acetoxy cephems wereprepared by acylation of 7-ACA with acyl chlorideor mixed anhydride,and four N,N’-disubstitutedthioureas were synthesized.As intermediates 7β-substituted cephalosporins and cefotaxime werebistrimethylsilated with hexamethyldisilazane.Af-ter treated with trimethylsilyl iodide,O,N-bistrim-ethylsilated cephalosporins reacted with N,N’-disub-stituted thioureas to give 10 target compounds.All of them were purified by column chromatogra-phy on macroporous re...
